Throughout NUSTART you've gained tools, knowledge and understanding that will you work with confidence, excel within your role and grow with UKNNL. This knowledge makes you not just a skilled professional, but a Nuclear Professional.
In week five, you learnt about Nuclear Professionalism and how the standards and behaviours we hold are critical to ensuring we deliver our work safely and securely. One of the final tasks of your induction is to complete NN0588 Nuclear Professionalism e-learning to show how you can demonstrate the behaviours of a nuclear professional.
Next Steps!
Now you've completed NUSTART online, you're ready for your probation meeting with your line manager. If you haven't got a meeting scheduled now is the time to get one booked in. You will need to have attended a NUSTART workshop, completed the online programme and all your mandatory training to pass your first probation meeting.
